Short-term rehab

If you're being discharged from a hospital, short-term rehabilitation can help "bridge the gap" between hospital and home-and give you the extra time you need to get back on your feet again.

Each resident of Neptune Rehabilitation and Care Center receives a comprehensive evaluation upon admittance. This evaluation includes a complete medical history, an exhaustive physical examination, a neurological/psychological screening and an in-depth interview of both the patient and family members.
