Noreen Heller is a registered nurse and a licensed nursing home administrator. She graduated from Ann May School of Nursing and Monmouth University in 1978 and worked in hospital critical care settings for many years. She has worked in long term care as a nursing director, quality assurance director and administrator for the past 15 years.
Elyse has nearly a decade's experience working in various aspects of the health care field. She graduated cumma sum laude from Rowan University in 2008. Elyse is responsible for assisting families to ensure an expedited and smooth admission process for their loved ones. She has been involved with fundraising for Relay for Life as well as the Alzheimer's Association.
Max as she is known to her staff and residents is responsible for the nursing staff. She is a certified Director of Nursing/ Long Term Care, Certified Gerontological Nurse and has over 25 years experience in Long Term Care. Evelyn is a past recipient of "Department Head of the Year" award.
Jeff has been a Physical Therapist for 9 years working in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Sub acute Rehab settings. The majority of his work has been in sub acute rehab. Jeffrey graduated from College Misericordia after earning his BS in Health Science and MS in PT. He is married and has 2 children. Jeff loves being a part of the recovery process for a patient from an illness or injury and assisting them in returning home to resume their normal lifestyle.
Delia is a licensed social worker who came to Neptune Rehabilitation and Care Center with over seven years experience in the health care field. She obtained her Masters degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. Delia has been nominated for the Martin Luther King Jr. Unsung Hero award for her work done in end of life care. She is passionate about working with both the residents and their families to meet their emotional and physical needs.
